Our Commercial Architectural Process

  • We begin with an initial briefing to understand your operational goals, user needs and brand experience. This is followed by a site measure of the existing building and property, collecting information on layout, services, circulation and constraints to establish a clear foundation for design.

  • We explore layouts, flow patterns and initial forms through sketches, planning studies and 3D architectural modelling. This stage focuses on improving operational efficiency, and customer experience.

  • We refine structure, materials, detailing and joinery, ensuring the design meets commercial durability requirements and aligns with safety and compliance expectations. This stage prepares the project for accurate pricing and long-term performance.

  • We prepare coordinated drawings, specifications and technical documentation required for building consent, and manage communication with council and consultants to streamline the approval process.

  • We work with businesses on a case by case basis to provide a service best fitted for them and their team during the construction phase

  • We also provide other services covering master planning, resource consents, feasibility studies and permaculture design.
