Our clients wanted to transform a rundown bach into a modern holiday home
that would cope with the extended family, without breaking the bank in the
process.
An upper floor was added that included two bedrooms, a bathroom, and separate lounge space. These opened out onto an upper deck that took advantage of the fantastic views and created an area away from the hustle and bustle of the main living area. The middle floor was reconfigured and modernised creating simple open plan living that soaks up the views and sun.
A theme of easy care corrugated cladding and rustic timber posts and weathered reveals, ties the home into the beach landscape. Numerous decks invite you outdoors providing the perfect indoor outdoor flow, no matter what direction the wind is blowing.
